Key Responsibilities (Unchanged)

Complete job set-ups including:

Identify cost drivers and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
Collaborate with Setup Machinists and Senior Machinists to verify setups and ensure high-quality production.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in CNC programming preferred.
0-3 years of CNC programming and machining experience preferred.
Experience with Unigraphics or Mastercam is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for grasping and gripping; constant sitting at times.
Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and operation of machinery or power tools.
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 20 lbs.
Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.

Pay Details: $31.25 to $43.25 per hour
