Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including wearing proper attire, gloves, and adhering to sanitation practices. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous. Previous experience as a packer or in a related role is preferred, but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent packaging quality. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities of candies. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work well in a fast-paced production environment. Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
