As a Transactions Specialist II in the Exception Processing department you will be responsible for processing daily document transactions, each function may have multiple tasks per transaction. These transactions require judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. While receiving clear instruction, you must maintain the highest level of production and accuracy on a daily basis. The JumpBunch coach is essential to our success as an organization. As the most visible aspect of the program, the coach represents what customers perceive our brand to be. Listed below are the duties assigned to the JumpBunch coach and requirements to successfully perform those duties. Duties Prepares for all classes by reviewing approved lesson plans. Arrives for and begins all classes on time. Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment. Positively communicates with school directors and teachers regarding all aspects of the JumpBunch classes. Monitors attendance of all registered children and insures they are present. Collects payment for classes (not in all cases) Wears approved uniform and presents a professional image. Communicates with parents both verbally and in writing as needed to report children's progress or difficulty. Adheres to all JumpBunch policies as outlined in the Operations Manual. Properly completes all requested paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Provides advance notice or coverage for any foreseen absences. Provides own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage. Brings all equipment necessary to execute weekly classes. Job Requirements Must pass a background check and/or FBI fingerprinting as required by state. Successfully function as a member of a team. Must be neat and well groomed. Must be in good physical condition and able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment. Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation. Must be able to communicate with customers ranging from young children to facility directors. The Basketball Assistant Coach assists with all coaching related activities, developing and sustaining a successful program with a strong emphasis in skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, developing character with a degree of discipline. It is imperative that the successful candidate demonstrates a proven aptitude for coaching, illustrated by a strong work ethic, organizational skills and the ability to help produce results. The Assistant coach will report to the Head Coach, Athletic Coordinator, and performance will be evaluated by the Athletic Coordinator and Principal. Required Experience & Abilities Sufficient knowledge of the sport of basketball. Ability to motivate, teach and recruit qualified student-athletes. The ability to handle stressful situations and keep tempers in check. Exhibits high standards of professional ethics and conduct. Expectations Assist with planning, organizing, promoting, and conducting tryouts for the sport. May be required to work with the Head Coach and Athletic Coordinator to schedule contests. Helps coach during each game. Helps develop appropriate training programs and practice schedules. Helps study the skills and abilities of each student-athlete on the team and puts them in position to be successful and contributes to the team success. Creates a safe environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social and emotional development of student-athletes. Travels with student-athletes and team personnel on the team bus both to and from games. Maintains necessary records and completes required paperwork in a specified time and manner. Helps enforce discipline policies and emphasizes sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles. Helps supervise student-athletes in locker rooms at home and away games and ensure appropriate behavior. Helps ensure the rules and regulations of conduct and eligibility of student-athletes are effectively communicated and followed throughout the year. Professionally represents the school and the district in interactions with students, parents, crowd, staff, officials, competition, and others.
