Job Description You represent Fairmont Century Plaza with enthusiasm and pride, providing exceptional service and attention for each guest you encounter. As Server, you sell and service food and or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and or beverage items. To prepare beverages for guests and co-workers following Fairmont Century Plaza recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. To ensure compliance with all liquor laws. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
