    Temporary 0.8 FTE Clinical Pharmacist at St. John's Hospital - Inpatient (Acute Care) Pharmacy Areas of Practice: Central Pharmacy Operations, Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, Cardiology, NICU, ICU, Maternity The Pharmacist is responsible for providing medication management, clinical support and consultative services in a complex pharmacy operation. This position partners with key stakeholders to drive patient and family education, medication safety, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement and regulatory compliance. This position may also participate in education of pharmacy students and residents. Responsibilities * Provide clinical, formulary and pharmacotherapy expertise and act as a resource to students, staff and interdisciplinary members of the care team. * Provide clinical pharmacy services to all patients in assigned area using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
