Qualifications

Our adolescent co-occurring IOP programs serve youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, requiring clinicians skilled in integrated care. Each program emphasizes evidence-based treatment, family involvement, and individualized care planning.
Reviews assessments at time of admission, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary teams and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member.
