Caregiver Summary - Woodinville, WA Our Woodinville branch is looking for caregivers who are willing to work in the following service areas: Woodinville Bothell Kirkland Bellevue North Bend Sammamish Bellevue Snoqualmie and other locations as needed We will find a client close to the location in which you'd like to work! Don't have your HCA or CNA? We offer HCA Training, apply now to learn more! Pay range: $23.00-$23.50/hr Current needs: Shorter 3-6-hour shifts. Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desired Example of stacked shift schedule: 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm Reliable transportation required, ability to transport clients a plus but not required Clients are located on the Eastside (Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue), must be willing to work in this area Why Family Resource Home Care? Consistent Hours & Pay. We will staff you to your availability to get you the hours and paycheck you expect! 24/7 Caregiver Support. You will never work without having someone available to answer the phone should you need something. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week. Hands-on Training. Sharpen your skills and learn new ones as well! Paid Travel Time. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Earn up to $478 per referral and additional rewards from our recognition program! Continuing Education. Access to online training and continuing education courses. Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Requirements 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a state and national background check Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record Ability to lift to 50lbs Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app WA Only - Current valid CEs if you are an HCA Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! Washington only - If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it. Oregon only - If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients.
