Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Discuss client needs and market insights. Engage New Caregivers: Prepare them for their first day prior to orientation. Partner with Staffing: Provide insights on client and caregiver requirements. Facilitate Client Introductions: Accompany caregivers on their initial shift. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with a Point of Care software Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a caregiving or healthcare setting.
