GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assist with developing and enhancing CAU's Behavioral Department to ensure that each member on your caseload will be receiving appropriate individualized curriculum based on the utilization of data that will form the basis of effective methodologies to manage their behavior. Communicate with Administrative Team for all new Clinical Requests. Collaborate with BCBA's under direct supervision on each case. Monitor Behavioral Data in E.H.R. systems. Assist with the onboarding processes for the Behavioral Department. Cooperate with Agency, legal authorities, and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation. Continuously analyze data and implement program changes when needed. General Description We are seeking a committed and motivated Behavioral Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with program staff and BCBAs to implement effective behavior-management intervention techniques while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a key part in delivering hands-on behavioral services, collecting meaningful data, and helping ensure that each member receives consistent, high-quality support aligned with their Individualized Support Plans.
