Relevant experience in manufacturing may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Life Line product knowledge a plus.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Global Shop.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50lbs.
