The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-Level), you will be instrumental in shaping USAA's talent acquisition strategy by fostering and maintaining exceptional relationships with hiring leaders, prospective candidates, internal partners, and third-party vendors. Your main focus will be on delivering a superior experience for both candidates and our clients (hiring leaders), ensuring every interaction reflects USAA's commitment to excellence. What you'll do:
Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with the organization's hiring and program objectives.
Develops and implements creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble pipeline of talent for open positions.
Performs full life cycle recruiting applying various recruitment methods.
Partners with internal and external partners to establish community networks and relationships in support of our military, diversity and college hiring requirements with minimal direction.
Follows up and follows through on all submitted candidates in a timely manner and ensures that the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) is kept up to date in real time and maintains compliance with all Federal, State and Regulatory requirements.
Employing defined job descriptions, develops compelling job posting descriptions to attract talent and strives to differentiate USAA from our competitors.
Keeps candidates continually advised with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process
Negotiates salary per job requisition within approved range maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to the company.
Forecasts and handles talent pool size to fulfill workforce plans and hiring objectives.
Collaborates with hiring leaders and/or coworkers through the recruiting process while maintaining compliance within external and internal regulatory agencies.
Builds candidate pools to meet hiring requirements through leveraging their technical expertise to identify sourcing and networking strategies and tools.
Consults with hiring leaders and internal partners to proactively identify strategies to understand business requirements and meet hiring requirements.
Serves as a resource to team members.
Applies knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedures.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are successfully identified, measured, assessed, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management, to include knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Demonstrates understanding of recruiting methods and standard methodologies.
Knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrates knowledge and application of effective screening and interviewing techniques.
Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and other software to support sourcing tools and techniques.
What sets you apart:
At least 1 year of experience with full-cycle recruiting for Banking, Property and Casualty, Life and/or Agency lines of business.
At least 2 year of experience building and implementing innovative sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
At least 1 year of experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and screening efforts.
Use of data and analytics and reporting tools to track key recruiting metrics and advise decision-making.
Experience with the Workday Recruiting module.
Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR).
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $85,040.00 - $162,550.00.

Job Overview
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a strategic and tactical partner to business leaders, responsible for driving recruitment initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role leads a small team of talented recruiters and owns the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent. What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Must have demonstrated success leading in-house talent acquisition
Experience supporting the TA needs of an outside sales organization required
Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
Proven ability to establish core KPIs, consistently measure, and use data to inform decisions and optimize recruiting performance (e.g., funnel conversion rates, pipeline health, cost-per-hire).
Strong familiarity with TA tool and systems, including ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus) and a proven ability to leverage tools to yield results.
Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with hiring teams throughout the organization, external partners, and candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to flex communication for various audiences.
Business acumen and a demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve team effectiveness.
Proven track record of successfully implementing new systems, interview tools, or process changes.
Ability to influence decisions and demonstrate exceptional judgement and discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
Project and time management skills, strong ability to prioritize and multi-task, and able to adjust to shifting needs or priorities.
Extremely detail oriented and an ability to develop error-free work products that have broad visibility.

The Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in driving PitchBook's ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters alike. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with management throughout the organization to find the most qualified talent for each job opening assigned by learning the specifications for each job opening. This individual will achieve staffing objectives by sourcing and evaluating candidates, advising managers on candidate qualifications, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
* Source, review, and evaluate qualified applicants for the openings assigned and assess candidate's fit to job opening requirements and company culture.
* Actively use techniques and tools to search for talent on the internet via social media, sourcing tools, NMLS listings and within company databases.
* Develop relationships with candidates to learn their motivation and qualifications for job opportunities during all communications including phone interviews through the point of offer and starting.
* Partners effectively with managers to develop a strong understanding of their business and talent requirements while proactively consulting and influencing managers to help balance between business demands and hiring needs.
* Assists with communications that support project objectives, priorities, and results (e.g. interview notes, debrief meetings, intake meetings).
* Helps aid the hiring process through systems knowledge or to add recruiting expertise in different areas such as compensation or benefits as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two (2) + years' experience working in HR or Recruiting.
* Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Jobvite
* Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $40.00 and $55.00/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.

About the Role:
We're hiring a Lead Recruiting Partner to own and deliver critical hiring across Pagaya's U.S. business - with a primary focus on our NYC-based teams.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments, builds trusted partnerships with stakeholders, and delivers high-quality outcomes with speed and precision. You'll play a key role in strengthening our talent foundation as Pagaya continues to scale, helping shape our future organization and elevating recruiting standards globally.
You'll work across functions such as Go-to-Market, Product, Risk, Capital Markets, Finance, and G&A, managing full-cycle searches while also creating lift for the broader recruiting team through operational excellence, mentorship, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for critical roles across Pagaya's NYC-based and U.S. teams - including product, partnerships, credit, structured finance, and G&A positions.
Proactively build and maintain pipelines for key roles ahead of demand, anticipating business needs and enabling faster hiring cycles.
Develop and execute cross-departmental hiring strategies, collaborating across geographies (U.S. and Israel) to align talent priorities and elevate process consistency.
Train and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview calibration, and market dynamics.
Maintain Greenhouse data hygiene daily, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all searches.
Influence and guide hiring stakeholders with confidence - providing clear recommendations on hiring decisions, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
Champion representation and inclusion by designing sourcing strategies that attract and high-potential diverse talent internally and externally.
Partner with Talent leadership to design and implement new tools, programs, and workflows that enhance efficiency and scalability across recruiting.
Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, tech-enabled, or fintech environment.
Proven ability to source, recruit, and close candidates autonomously.
Track record of delivering high-quality hires while managing multiple client groups simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of the New York and U.S. talent markets, including compensation and competitive dynamics.
Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong business partnership skills - capable of challenging and influencing senior stakeholders thoughtfully and with data.
A self-starter who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
