The Loan Processor helps the bank to fulfill its vision by by maximizing the client experience and expanding client relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
Takes ownership of loan processing responsibilities within 10 minutes of receipt.
Processes loan documentation with 100% accuracy.
Ensures all tracking items are input into the collateral tracking system (exceptions and covenants).
Organizes files according to filing procedures immediately after scanning.
Performs account maintenance, research, and any additional responsibilities as needed to support Loan Operations functions.
Prepares extension agreements, addendums, or collateral substitutions as needed.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly departmental tasks as assigned.
Books loans to core system within 24 hours of receipt or rescission.
Protects the bank and clients by following company policies and procedures and completing required BSA and compliance courses.
Qualifications

The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. We work with multiple departments around the Bancorp to ensure that construction is progressing properly and all agreements within the loan documentation are being followed by all parties. We have currently switched to a new construction monitoring system and are working to streamline and improve our processes in all aspects of construction monitoring. The Salt Lake City group works closely with one another and we maintain a collaborative mentality when monitoring the construction loans assigned to us. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and jump in with both feet into our team and help us maintain our high standards of service within the department.
The Disbursement Specialist will:
* Review, analyze and process customer loan draws for commercial and residential construction projects, loan fund disbursements, equity draws, etc., including review of invoices, lien waivers, and budget.
* Prepare payoff quotes, credit bids, default letters and loan modifications.
* Schedule and direct pre-construction discussion with Borrower, Builder, and RM when requested.
* Administer participation loans, coordinate with participating/lead bank(s).
* Order, input, and review inspection reports.
* Updates and maintains various reports and ticklers for loan maintenance.
* Assists with and may serve as liaison with lenders, loan administration, and outside vendors.
* Monitor and may process interest rate changes.
* Review loans for past due status, insurance coverage, tickler exceptions, etc.

It is the job of Loan Consultants to convert today's prospects into tomorrow's loyal clients to generate repeat business and customer referrals. As a sales professional you will also be expected to support business development by serving as the accountable executive over group relationships that you help to construct.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Client Representative.
As the name implies, you are the client's representative and trusted advisor throughout the process. This means maintaining contact with the client to ensure that all members of CapCenter's professional teams properly perform their services to the client's satisfaction. Assuring the client's overall satisfaction is a core responsibility of the Loan Consultant.
Land Business.
Sell CapCenter's full-service home purchase and refinance programs to prospective clients. Programs include the mortgage loan program, and representation by a CapCenter realtor to buy or sell a home. Loan Consultants are experts in all CapCenter services and are responsible for getting hired as the client's primary representative, and to get CapCenter's realtors and other purchase professionals hired as appropriate to meet the client's needs and circumstances.
Serve as Loan Originator.
As a loan originator, the Loan Consultant is directly responsible for identifying and fulfilling the client's mortgage loan requirements. Successful Loan Consultants will develop more loan business than they can handle and will be supported by junior team members as needed.
Generate Future Business.
The Loan Consultant's job continues after the initial transaction is completed. An effective Loan Consultant generates repeat business and customer referrals from his or her past client base, assisted by CapCenter's marketing and e-commerce professionals.
Business Development.
Loan Consultants with a proven record of success may be assigned to attract and land prospective clients from businesses, groups and individuals through relationships developed in conjunction with the Company's marketing and business development professionals.
Qualifications:
Candidates for the Loan Consultant position must have confidence and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals in the area of real estate and home finance. Analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively are necessary, along with the following minimum attributes and qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment using time management to meet deadlines.
Must be a licensed Loan Originator or have the knowledge and desire to become licensed.
Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance Degree, or 3+ years of financial service experience.
In-depth understanding of the full Real Estate Purchase and Sales cycle.
Proven professionalism, ethics and character.
