Your day-to-day:

Barback Job Description
The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and operating efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining smooth service flow, exceptional guest experiences, and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Restock all bar products including spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar tools.
Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area: wipe surfaces, polish glassware, remove trash, and run dish machines.
Refill ice wells, clean spill mats, and ensure all stations remain service-ready throughout the shift.
