Handle special requests and guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Accurately take and process dining room and room service orders, presenting checks to guests promptly. Properly handle and secure keys, and document maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations and all safety protocols. Accurately document all transactions and balance shift reports at the end of each shift. Communicate openly and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to all company work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the associate handbook. Ensure all guest interactions are conducted in a courteous and professional manner, aligning with company standards. Participate in daily hotel operations meetings and contribute to the overall hotel strategy. Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, supporting the overall success of hotel operations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent education preferred Experience: Minimum of one year of high-volume bar service experience required. Strong knowledge of drink preparation and health standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to operate bar-related equipment, including coffee makers and cash terminals. Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, from freezers to kitchens.
