This position is to satisfy resident's requests, questions and needs, serve as a liaison to the Management office and to provide information, tours, taking calls etc. This person will work with the Marriott to deliver a seamless experience between Tower and guests when needed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building. Become familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested. Provides brochures, floor plans and other collateral to clients. Maintains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets were applicable. Prepares incident reports and correlating documentation.
