The FSQA Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Food safety & Quality Management System and overseeing the facility's food safety and regulatory compliance. This role oversees HACCP and Food Safety programs, ensuring adherence to USDA, FDA, and customer standards while supporting continuous improvement in food safety and product quality. This also includes change management implementation to ensure that all quality assurance programs meet applicable regulations and standards.
What you'll do:
Establish and maintain the Corporate Food Safety and Quality Policies as well as applicable Standard Operating Procedures. This includes SSOPs, HACCP and work instructions
Work closely with USDA, FDA, State, and Shellfish inspectors to ensure compliance and promptly resolve deficiencies.
Manage facility FSQA personnel and work with Operations personnel to ensure that all food safety and quality management records are being completed and verified .
Provide leadership, support, scheduling hiring, mentoring to FSQA personnel. Oversee scheduling to assure facility has FSQA coverage on all days/shifts
schedule managerial review meetings and effectively communicate food safety and quality opportunities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
Support and manage the GFSI certification program and on-going customer audits
Schedule and ensure implementation of required Food Safety & regulatory training with staff members
Coordinate mock recalls with facility on a scheduled basis and report results to management team. Support team in the event of an actual recall.
Implement corrective actions where required and follow up on a scheduled basis to ensure compliance
Work closely with sanitation to ensure compliance with environmental standards

About you:
Experience with GFSI recognized standards is preferred.
HACCP Certified or Seafood HACCP certification, PCQI a plus.
At least 3 +years' Experience in food manufacturing management role with a focus on food safety and quality. 7+ years experience in Quality Assurance
Knowledge of USDA meat and poultry regulations or FDA regulations strongly preferred
Bachelor's or equivalent education and/or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills

Role Overview
ICON Electric is seeking a QA/QC Manager to standardize quality, improve consistency in field execution, and protect ICON's reputation as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on, field-facing leadership role that partners closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and field crews to ensure work is performed safely, compliantly, and right the first time.

Key Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and enforce ICON's electrical QA/QC standards across all projects

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing post-closing system audits including file maintenance, post-closing documentation, and other reports needed to ensure the business banking loan portfolio is serviced per policies and procedures.
This position compiles audit results into a documentation exception report to be updated, reviews director reports, maintains daily reports to ensure loan transactions are properly posted, and reviews loan re-price advice for accuracy. This position also completes verification of scanned files. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring personal credit report orders to ensure permissible use.
Maintaining the Attorney/Appraiser database to ensure proper licenses and insurances.
Creating reports for the Lending Department.
Financial letter requests.
Completing residential property inspections.

Loss mitigation support to Quality Control Supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for qualified individuals with the experience and qualifications to act as Quality Control Managers. This role provides daily on-site oversight and direct day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities, subcontractors, quality, and safety. The individual must ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, the period of performance, and within budget.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
In-depth understanding of various construction projects, with an emphasis on facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization (SRM) type projects.
A minimum of 7 years of experience managing construction projects and 3 years of recent experience acting in a
similar capacity.
KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:
