Job Description
Executive and Administrative Support - Provide administrative support for the Associate Vice President (AVP) in routine and with special projects. Prioritize requests made to the AVP including meeting requests, scheduled appointments and communications. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure at times and to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
Essential Duties:
Assign work to student employee
Manage divisional office physical space including ensuring that supplies are available for the divisional office staff, the office is clean, and the office is provided needed services on a daily basis.
Schedule, manage and prioritize the AVP's daily calendar.
Analyze, prioritize, and manage the AVP's workflow including reading and evaluating incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Screen telephone calls; respond, refer or forward callers to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
Prepare and submit responses to correspondence containing routine inquires.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers, financial statements or reports for consideration and presentation by the AVP or others.
Engage with Conference Services and other staff to coordinate and support various events/activities throughout the year.
Assist with events, administrative functions and perform other duties as assigned to include data entry.
Prepare documents and spreadsheets using all MS Office applications
Edit documents and finalize draft documents.
Compose letters, email, and other written communications.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree from regionally accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
Demonstrated experience using a wide array of technology for office administration.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of MS Office applications and other technical applications employed by the college.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

The Family Preservation Assistant is responsible for assuming responsibilities common to all administrative and direct service positions as described in the Agency Manual. The incumbent to this position will establish and maintain positive/productive relationships with MDHHS, caregivers, the service providers and staff. The position reports to the Director of Family Preservation.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets relating to medicals, dentals, days of care and documentation for RDMA.
Monitor and log all medical, dental, and legal documents as required to comply with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and legal standards.
Answer the phones in the office and assist clients as needed.
Assist with opening and closing out files, ongoing filing, uploading documents in the MiSACWIS system and sending out letters to caregivers and community partners to ensure our compliance.
Conduct follow-up phone calls to dentist offices, medical offices, caregivers regarding appointments or documentation that is required.
Assist the casework staff in provision of services to clients including assistance in diminishing barriers to obtaining necessary paperwork.
Support parenting time visits by watching visits, documenting the visits in MiSACWIS and transporting children, as needed.
Attend staff meetings, general staff meetings and conferences for professional development.
Participate in outreach and recruitment efforts.
Represent the agency in a positive manner.

Our client is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support and help lead their growing I&C team.
This is a senior-level role ideal for someone looking to combine technical project execution with mentorship and leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the I&C Manager, overseeing controls design, programming, and commissioning across a variety of advanced industrial and process-related projects.
The Senior I&C Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
8+ years of experience in PLC-based controls system design, programming, and commissioning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and electrical schematic design.
Extensive hands-on experience programming PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Wago, etc.) and configuring HMIs.
Proven ability to interpret and develop P&IDs, wiring schematics, control panel layouts, and system architecture.
Experience in field commissioning, including I/O checkout, instrumentation calibration, and PID tuning.
Strong communication skills with prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
Experience with engine test cell instrumentation and controls is highly desirable.
Capable of balancing multiple projects and delivering responsive, client-focused service.
Willingness to travel (25-40%) for design reviews, equipment installation, and system start-up.
The Senior I&C Engineer duties will involve:
Supporting and mentoring a Michigan-based I&C team under the direction of the I&C Manager.
Designing and reviewing system architectures, P&IDs, and control sequences.
Programming PLCs and HMIs, and integrating controls across custom-engineered systems.
Developing bills of material (BOMs), instrument indexes, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
Preparing technical documentation such as scope of work packages and contractor tools.
Leading system testing and validation activities in-house and at customer sites.
Executing field commissioning, I/O checkout, and instrumentation tuning.
Ensuring systems operate according to design intent and delivering high-performance results.
