Responsibilities & Duties
* Ensure the mill is kept clean, including the grounds surrounding the mill.
* Ensure daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
* Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.
* Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew.
* Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
* Ensure quality of ingredients are of LNC standards.
* Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.
* Ensure company safety practices are followed, along with OSHA standards.
* Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Ability to walk and stand for 10hours/day.
* Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
* Forklift, Skid Steer, Front end loader experience preferred.
* Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat or cold.
* Ability to perform general housekeeping duties.

Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers, as well as delegating plant activities. This is a 2nd shift supervisor 2-10:30PM - Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays).

· Leads, assists, motivates, and evaluates shift employees in daily operations and problem resolution, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for running and setting up a variety of equipment in the Tech Cell which includes Press Brake; Laser and Buffalo Rolls machine.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm but hours could vary
Essential Job Duties:
Aligns parts or positions them against fixtures on a machine.
Stacks, racks, wraps, counts component or finished goods for placement onto skids.
Inspects parts according to requirements.
Use of calipers, tape measure, measuring fixtures and gauges.
Ability to use computer to log production documentation into Epicor software.
Ability to set-up and program Press Brakes, CNC Milling Machines, Fiber Optic Lasers & Rolls Equipment.
Ability to trouble shoot and make machine adjustments to assure dimensional compliance of parts.
Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine change overs in the appropriate time.
Familiar with working with a variety of materials including, Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum & Stainless.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years manufacturing experience on Press Brakes, Lasers and CNC Milling Machines preferred.
Computer data entry
Able to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds overhead.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and able to read blueprints.

Job Description:
A TSM is a member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team that LM Aeronautics uses to minimize disruptions to the supply chain by providing “in the field” oversight of supplier execution. As a project manager, overseeing multiple suppliers, daily activities include: working with supplier personnel to prioritize components through manufacturing, validating the status of the deliverable parts and providing detailed status to LM procurement, preparing plans to reduce/prevent shortages, identifying risks in the supply chain, and developing risk mitigation plans to minimize the potential impact to the customer.
Candidates should fully understand the production processes as they relate to aircraft systems components and avionics equipment, machined part fabrication, tooling fabrication, and lean manufacturing. The candidate should be a self-starter that is capable of analyzing supplier processes and developing improvement plans in collaboration with personnel from both the supplier and the customer. The candidate will regularly collaborate across multiple functions (within customer and at the supplier facility), including production, procurement, quality, and engineering, to expedite parts/assemblies that are required to support each of the customer Lines of Business (LOB).
The success of the person in this position will greatly depend on his/her ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supplier personnel at varying levels of an organization.
