Manufacturing Associate Manager - Paper Machine MISSION / SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Associate Manager is responsible for direct supervision of the paper machine production, quality, immediate maintenance coordination and safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery according to production specifications, ensuring product quality, supporting process improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
