The Supervisor TCC IIT Biorepository Operations (TC - TCC) is responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision, leading and guiding all areas ensuring each area of service is working as a team. In collaboration with the Tissue Core management team, the supervisor takes active leadership in identifying future directions and needs of the section, goals, priority setting and implementation of best practices.
Position Highlights:
The role develops expansion laboratories at satellite locations for section by working with Moffitt service departments and external consultants on design, construction, workflow, space, and equipment needs.
The Supervisor TCC IIT Biorepository Operations designs and develops new and existing workflows, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support emerging technologies and research areas requiring biospecimens.
The Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 3 years' biorepository related experience.
Research experience.
Experience in biorepository quality management.
CAP biorepository inspector certification would be a plus.
IATA Certification which could be obtained within one year of hire.
CAP biorepository inspector certification would be a plus and obtainable within 1 year of hire. Competencies include robust understanding of CAP biorepository standards and inspection practices.
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for hiring, supervising, training, mentoring, scheduling, and evaluating assigned personnel.
Actively participates in the financial management of the section, including billing.
Implementation of best practices to deliver:
high quality biospecimen screening, collection, processing, dissemination, automated equipment inclusion, and storage
data annotation in accordance with institutional guidelines and federal and state regulatory agencies
adherence to the facility's Quality Management Plan
Credentials and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a science related field of study is required and 5 years' technical experience inclusive of 2 years as a project team lead OR in lieu of technical experience, a minimum 10 years' experience in a biologic science related field
Experience in customer service-oriented laboratory/facility is required.
Knowledge of the terminology, principles, and techniques used in biologic research, analysis, and testing.
Technical expertise in blood fractionation is a must.

The Supervisor TCC IIT Biorepository Operations (TC - TCC) is responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision, leading and guiding all areas ensuring each area of service is working as a team. Position Type: Full-time Aurora, CO Clearance Required: TS/ SCI w/ CI Poly Salary Range: $140-165K (plus benefits) The Cyber Operations SME SETA provides multi-disciplinary knowledge in modern cyber defense tactics, techniques, procedures, and technologies, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Host- and Network-based Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (HIDS/HIPS, NIDS/NIPS), malware analysis systems.
The Cyber SME SETA supports the following functional management roles:
Program Management Support
Operational readiness, verification, and validation reviews
Program protection and Information Assurance (IA)
Development and evaluation of communications systems and information technology strategic plans, roadmaps, architectures, and program plans
Review and update Government acquisition policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
Establish plan, prepare, and present briefings, reports, and presentations to CIO, CISO, and SOC leadership, senior NRO decision-makers, security staff, and other US Government consumers in a manner that meets their specified requirements.
Support lifecycle management requirements including: strategic planning, requirements development, portfolio management input, program management, project management and governance activities.
Support functional analysis of current and proposed operations of distributed information systems workflows and their associated workloads; user/system interactions; information needs; performance support system, and other resource requirements.
Support impact analysis of time and resource requirements for lifecycle support to current and proposed distributed information systems.
Support impact analysis of systems engineering issues related to Cyber Operations support activities.
Support tradeoff analysis including results on operational effectiveness, performance, risk, and cost.
Support developing and implementing a Cybersecurity Defense Service Expansion Plan to ensure visibility and reporting of expansion progress to enable effective management of cost, schedule, and performance.
Support independent technical analysis of requirements and draft acquisition Functional Requirements Document (FRD).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Expert knowledge and experience with national cybersecurity policy development processes, interagency strategic/operational planning, as well as the application and integration of all instruments of cybersecurity defense for protecting the NIE and NRO missions.
Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and in a manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences, to include senior-level policymakers.
Requires 8570 compliance, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, trenchers, backhoes, loaders and other pieces of equipment. Equipment Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.
**You'd be responsible for:**
+ Operating heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
+ Performing daily safety and maintenance check.
+ Cleaning heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required
+ Ensuring heavy equipment is safely and securely stored
+ Advising Foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs
+ Participating in routine maintenance
+ Practicing workplace safety
+ Maintaining inventory
**You might be a good fit if you have:**
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment operating and maintenance
**And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:**
+ Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
+ Work near or about natural bodies of water
+ Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
+ Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
+ Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
+ Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. (mulch, fertilizer, etc.)
+ Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
+ Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day

The Golf Course Operator is responsible for ensuring the professional appearance of the On Top of the World golf courses through the use of golf course mowers and other equipment needed to ensure golf course playability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operates diesel, gasoline, and electric equipment on all terrains and at all speeds
Operates all types of golf course machinery, including mowers and manual powered equipment
Responsbile for checking and maintaining all equipment fluid levels and tire pressure
Works in a timely manner to accomplish daily course assignments, including but not limited to: mowing, raking, edging bunkers and cart paths, aerification equipment, tractors, loaders, blowers, and pruning equipment
Identifies and distinguishes the difference between gas, diesel, and electric machines
Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Performs other duties as assigned
