The practical nursing instructor, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, shall be responsible for the following areas including, but not limited to: planning, developing, initiating, and teaching the approved instructional program for practical nursing students in both the classroom and clinical setting; maintaining confidential, accurate and complete records on paper and electronically; providing individual evaluation of each student's progress with counseling and appropriate recommendations when required; supervising students' clinical experiences as scheduled; and maintaining good public relations with clinical partners. Support community-based and in-venue events including grassroots youth sports programming, equipment collections and distributions, athlete or front office appearances, and special experiences. Responsible for carrying out activation on select gamedays for both Mud Hens and Walleye. Maintain equipment to ensure all sports equipment is safe, functional, and properly stored. Qualifications and Experience Must be at least 18 years old. Understanding of baseball and/or hockey principles is preferred. Prior coaching, playing, or officiating is preferred.
