The applicant must have a boiler license or be willing to obtain one. Duties and Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces. Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, water fountains, lockers, classroom desks, doors, handrails, countertops, and other surfaces as needed. Replace disposable items such as paper towels and toilet paper. Empty all recycling and garbage containers. Clean window glass around all buildings. Clean carpets and wax hallways as needed. Maintain the campus by performing minor and routine maintenance activities. Provide other general assistance as needed, such as setting up tables and chairs in facilities as requested, hauling and moving items and equipment, and running errands. Notify supervisors concerning the need for repairs to fixtures, lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
