OLYMPIC CORRECTIONS CENTER (OCC), located in the middle of a 120,000-acre parcel of Department of Natural Resources Forest land, is a minimum-security, adult male facility that provides many employment, educational and personal growth programs for incarcerated individuals to successfully transition into our communities. The local communities of the Olympic Peninsula benefit from incarcerated individuals' programs including forest preservation and maintenance, public works projects and community service projects benefiting children and seniors.
PLEASE NOTE/TRAVEL INFO: We have a Vanpool incentive available to DOC employees who are eligible for the Clallam Transit Vanpool program commuting to Clallam Bay Corrections Center or the Olympic Corrections Center. Please be sure to ask for details on how to sign up!!
On-call/intermittent staff are expected to:
