Review, investigate, and develop recommendations for engineering projects. Serve as Project Manager or technical expert on small to medium site construction, expansion, or modification projects. Evaluate and administer vendor contracts for services and equipment. Provide guidance to site management on processes, practices, and applicable regulations. Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated engineering areas. Represent the site on company-sponsored steering teams as needed. Select tooling, work holding, and cutting strategies to improve cycle time, quality, and tool life. Validate programs through simulation and on-machine prove-out. Cross-Functional Startup Support Shift seamlessly between design, hands-on toolmaking, and programming depending on production priorities.
