The position will support program management efforts across all phases of project development and manage both internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of design, permitting, scheduling, and construction activities. A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE: Lead PS&E design and provide construction oversight for water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, lift stations, and discharge permits. Develop schematics and produce complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for TxDOT and local government roadway and highway projects. Collaborate with leadership to deliver GEC/Program Management support for multiple agencies and TxDOT through all phases of project development. Manage and direct internal teams and external consultants on programming, funding, environmental document review, design and design reviews, cost estimating, scheduling, construction oversight, right-of-way, utilities, and long-term operations and maintenance.
