Pros of working at G&W Equipment

Pay is normally pretty good.

Cons of working at G&W Equipment

Do not get sick or need constant care. 2 parts personal, a supervisor and an admin were fired because of the health cost to the company. All showed up to work everyday and were productive.

Managers do not pressure or ride you. You are your own boss.
