Skills 3-5 years of experience in food processing, working with troubleshooting and repair of production equipment with sophisticated control systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to train other Associates in Maintenance operations. Ability and willingness to operate within a Self-Directed Work Team. Proficiency with SCADA systems. General mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical and logic principles. Basic plumbing, metalworking, and general facility/building maintenance skills.
