What You'll Do :

Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato, MN, Lakeville, MN or Waite Park, MN office locations.
The contributions you will make: The Financial Associate Program is a 12-18 month training program. The full-time benefit eligible Financial Associate works through a syllabus which will prepare them for a position in Credit.
A typical day:
Provides accurate financial analysis and loan structuring analysis to Financial Officers on select loan accounts utilizing Salesforce (nCino), Tool for Reasoning Analysis and Credit (TRAC), Credit Desk, or other software to determine credit risk and support the loan decision.
Performs verification of assets, liabilities and income using public records, outside vendors and direct contact methods.
Provides prompt turn around on credit packaging and servicing requests coming to the department.
Spends time contacting the client's or prospective client's farm/agribusiness.
Markets credit and related services, establishing new market relationships which will contribute towards attainment of Compeer Financial's goals and business objectives.
