Position Objective
The LPN supports the Provider in provision of individualized patient care, direct and indirect in an outpatient clinical setting. LPNs participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, based on objectives, standards, and policies of nursing. The hyperbaric technician will work closely with the physician/provider in the coordination of patient care and make recommendations in procedures for the operations and maintenance of the hyperbaric program. The hyperbaric technician will resume responsibility for patients while patients are undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy and all components of patient care in regards to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

This job also requires:
* Experience in leading group exercise, wellness programs, or fitness instruction is a plus.
* Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, adaptive fitness, and wellness programming for older adults.
* Ability to physically demonstrate exercises and safely assist participants.
* Certification in group fitness, personal training, or wellness coaching is preferred.
* Ability to pass state mandated background check.
* Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate to residents, staff, and team members.
