Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities
Databricks Administration: Manage workspaces, clusters, jobs, security configurations, libraries, and overall platform health.
Data Engineering: Build and optimize data pipelines and transformations using PySpark and T‑SQL.
Automation & Development: Create automation and tooling using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Governance & Security: Implement and automate data governance, access controls, auditability, and compliance best practices.
Note: A significant portion of our development focuses on governance and security automation.
Solution Architecture: Translate conversational ideas into clear solution architectures; break work into tasks in Planner or Azure DevOps for team execution.
Effort Estimation: Estimate level of effort and forecast delivery dates with reasonable accuracy.
Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation including workflows, gap analyses, design specs, build docs, test plans, and transition documentation.
Testing Oversight: Oversee unit, scenario-based, integrated, capacity, and parallel testing.
On-Call Support: Participate in a 24×7×365 on-call rotation to support Databricks, SQL Server, and other relevant applications supported by the team.
Upgrades & Monitoring: Support system upgrades, patches, performance tuning, observability, and proactive monitoring.
Data Integrity: Maintain accountability for data integrity across applications and pipelines.
Change Management: Complete system build and documentation in adherence to departmental guidelines and change management policy.
Peer Review: Review teammates' work and provide constructive feedback.
Communication & Escalation: Communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and leadership; provide regular status updates and escalate issues appropriately.
Facilitation & Leadership: Drive discussions, mentor accountable leaders, and coordinate resources across initiatives.
Training & Mentorship: Provide feedback on training materials; conduct training sessions; develop and mentor other team member.
Policies & Vendor Engagement: Help develop department guidelines, standards, procedures, and policies; facilitate vendor reviews and selection processes.
Integrations (as applicable): Demonstrate understanding of integration and technical requirements for peripherals/devices that interface with assigned applications.
Support Coordination: Coordinate remote and/or on-site support as needed for end-users.
Optional Contributions
Create complex AI/BI dashboards.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and integrations using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Apply Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Provide MS SQL Server administrative support.

The Street Team will be tasked with increasing harm reduction resources and training in neighborhoods that have been most affected by overdose crisis, particularly North and Southwest Philadelphia. The people filling these positions will work in the field five days per week in zip codes 19121, 19132, 19141, 19144, 19140, 19139 and 19133 (subject to changed based on data) to distribute harm reduction resources and educational materials about the overdose crisis in the city. Street Team staff will interact directly with people in active addiction, people who use substances recreationally, people who are unhoused, as well as people who may have a stigmatizing view of substance use. The Street Team Specialist is a core member of the Community Engagement Program within the Division of Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction at the Philadelphia Department of Public Health and will be expected to work collaboratively within and across programs. People from the zip codes of focus, as well as people with lived experience and/or returning citizens are highly encouraged to apply.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Responsibilities/Duties
Under the supervision of the Community Engagement Program Manager, the Community Engagement Specialist will perform the following essential job functions:
Engage in direct outreach efforts to contract community members in designated Philadelphia neighborhoods.
Focus outreach activities within the priority zip codes: 19121, 19132, 19141, 19144, 19140, 19139 and 19133.
Engage directly with people using substances, people experiencing homelessness and their communities.
Follow and maintain safety protocols and procedures for street team to ensure safe and effective community outreach operations.
Build trust and rapport within priority communities to increase access to harm reduction resources.
Provide and educate individuals on the proper use of Naloxone, fentanyl testing strips and other harm reduction supplies.
Maintain accurate records of distributed supplies, interactions and referrals in compliance with program reporting requirements.
Collaborate with the Community Engagement Program at tabling events, special events and/or Narcan training request.
Support public health emergency response, including outreach and harm reduction activities during cold- and heat-related weather emergencies.
A valid driver's license is required. This position requires regular operations of a departmental vehicle to perform job related duties.

EDUCATION: Completion of high school or equivalent degree and 3+ years community organizing and/or harm reduction work.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of substance use is highly required.
Knowledge of the impact of drug use and overdose on communities of color in Philadelphia.

Position Summary:
The position is responsible for identifying, creating and implementing ideal opportunities within key accounts in the criminal justice and federal systems. Other responsibilities include engaging with customers, identifying educational opportunities, and ensuring access for appropriate patients at Federal Prisons, State Departments of Corrections, local and state jails, VISN and local Veterans Affairs, and DOD.
The Regional Business Specialist will establish high work standards and work in accordance with all company policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
Execute business development strategies and marketing plans effectively to meet or exceed business objectives.
Provide Account Management, strategic planning, and analysis in assigned key accounts.
Review, analyze and interpret market reports to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met.
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders, decision makers and account influencers within assigned accounts.
Accountable for achieving access, contractual, and outcome goals as agreed upon and identified in account generated business plans.
Develop a deep understanding of assigned geography and customers, including delivery of care, major payers and public policy and funding initiatives.
Identify specific opportunities and barriers within emerging customer segments to ensure company success.
Providing information and education to stakeholders (medical professionals, correctional medical/behavioral providers, administrators, drug/treatment court professionals, etc.)
Responsible for developing systems of care that informs their development of successful criminal justice initiatives utilizing injectable Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD).
Deliver fair, balanced, and compliant clinical presentations.
Assist with development and delivery of field training in support of the strategic business development plan.
Ensure compliant and effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with all Braeburn partners, to execute on identified customer business plans and to ensure continuity of care and pull-through.
Ensure reinforcement of Braeburn compliance policies and Braeburn Code of Conduct.
Exercise sound judgment and ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
Represent Braeburn at local and select national conferences.
Manage all business development expenses and budgets.

Demonstrated experience with complex customer protocol navigation and contracting specific to integrated health systems, corrections, and other large accounts
Experience within a complex distribution model, including Specialty Pharmacy Network Management and Buy & Bill acquisition, required
In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
Proven product launch experience, leading others in a highly complicated and competitive environment
Experience selling specialty products, in-particular physician administered products such as implantable or injectable medication technologies in a healthcare setting
Ability to work autonomously to find new business opportunities
Willing to travel both regionally & nationally as needed (Up to 70-80%)
