**Job Description Summary:**
Supports the operations and maintenance of Unison PRISM at the department level for a federal agency. This position provides operational support with Integrations, Tier-3 helpdesk requests and assisting the team with the change requests. The team offers end-user support, training, upgrade support, and integration with Oracle Federal Finances and data warehouse.
In this role, a typical day will include:
+ **Design, develop, and maintain integrations using tools like Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).**
+ **Build and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) and develop custom components using languages like SQL and PL/SQL.**
+ **Troubleshooting SOA technical issues between Oracle Federal Financials and PRISM integration.**
+ **Work closely with the functional team to assist with PRISM technical issues.**
+ **Develop and deliver ad-hoc data extracts to the customer.**
+ Deliver tier-three support to resolve customer incidents.
+ Identify opportunities for the client to improve operational processes related to acquisition management.
+ Working understanding of change management processes.
+ Coordinate and test any development. Support user testing and related documentation.
+ Provide input on project schedules and effort estimates.
+ Prepare and maintain application documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
