EOC Application Support
Support additional EOC-related systems, including Rave Alert and other notification platforms.
Offer real-time troubleshooting and workflow guidance during emergency activations.
Deliver end-user training and create documentation for WebEOC and related systems.
Operational Support
Work extended or nonstandard hours as needed during emergency operations.
Assist with other state applications, systems, or technical projects as assigned.
Collaborate with emergency management teams, IT staff, and stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience administering Juvare WebEOC V10.
