NDT Level II Technician Job Description: * Performs NDT Level II inspections using the Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant testing methods on items including, but not limited to wheels using approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer, FAA, or company standard practices * Maintain certifications ( MT, ET, PT Level II) and perform these methods on any articles * Utilize methods such as fluorescent penetrant * Work from detailed procedures, technique sheets, verbal, and other pertinent instructions to process parts for nondestructive testing and complete required record keeping. * Set-up, operate and perform Process Control Checks on NDT equipment by following established instructions and record results * Interpret, evaluate, and report on NDT test results * Preforms wheel breakdown, stripping, cleaning and build back to RTS * Demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality * Ensure work is performed in accordance with the applicable technical data * Presents a clean and neat work area to customers facility cleanliness and general housekeeping * Performs other duties as assigned

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager will integrate, monitor and administer professional execution of all arena and ancillary space events. Strategize and direct all departments' involvement in third party events. Supervise all event logistics and operational matters for the facility's major tenants (Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks). Oversee the management of the facility's calendar and provide support for all departments to ensure facility readiness and continuous exemplary event operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Manages and executes the planning of all events and functions at the American Airlines Center ("Center"). * Assesses operational response and creates detailed memos directing facility set up of all event requirements, based upon client needs. * Manages, evaluates and troubleshoots events effectively; recommending and implementing adjustments to reduce facilities expenses and increase event revenue while maintaining high levels of guest experience satisfaction. * Utilizes AutoCAD to build event maps that comply with client/tour/team needs and building/city regulations. * Acts as primary contact to the general public for inquiries related to leasing of Center space for meetings or special events. * Compiles and maintains marketing inputs, estimates, insurance, contracts, facility procedures and billing for team or public special event use of arena and indoor/outdoor ancillary spaces with a critical eye for efficiency and profitability. * Collaborates and provides recommendations, supervise and monitor the facility's event workflow for all COC departments including Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Sponsorship partners to ensure successful events. * Conducts physical inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure accurate event setup and safety for patrons, keeping current on all fire code and safety laws. * Researches client/tour information from other facilities to gain insight and increase levels of service to tenants, guests and promoters. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: * Analyze approved Completion Package to understand loose equipment and other customer deliverable requirements. * Order, track and maintain an account of customer property, amenities, spare parts and material, and loose equipment to reduce/eliminate replacement costs. * Responsible to maintain organization and security of customer loose equipment storage area. * Act as the Liaison between Customer Completions & Delivery team and Technical Publications organization to ensure accurate content and on-time delivery of the Cabin Operating Manuals, Cabin Familiarization Video, Completion Center Maintenance Handbooks and other deliverable items. * Inspect and fit-check Crystal, China and Flatware (CCF) for each aircraft and ensure CCF are stored and loaded into the aircraft in a sanitary manner. * Prepare and load all loose equipment items into aircraft as directed by customer prior to departure. * Ship Loose Equipment (to include Customs declarations) to the customer in a timely manner post-delivery. * Ensure spare material/carpet includes proper burn certification documentation prior to shipping to customer. * Internal collaboration with Procurement, Materials and Stockroom associates to facilitate ordering loose equipment, amenities and spare parts. * Interface with other functional areas to support and formulate resolutions for issues relating to shortages, customer property and Work Change Request (WCR) requirements. * Maintain daily contact with Customer Completion & Delivery team, internal departments, customers and suppliers, when necessary, to exchange information, coordinate activities, and resolve problems encountered in daily operations.
