Here are the daily responsibilities of an Operations Supervisor:
Responsibility for daily and overall operations of the aircraft maintenance department, to include: safety, schedules, personnel and quality.
Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program which includes operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, and general housekeeping; perform safety/security audits and address discrepancies.
Responsible for coordinating unscheduled aircraft maintenance and work performed on site or at another fixed location.
Supervise the performance of maintenance and ensure work is performed in accordance with Repair Station Manual, Quality Manual, Site Operating Procedures and FARs.
Perform supervisory responsibilities for assigned employees and area(s), which include but not limited to:

Identify opportunities for professional development and training
Support and make personnel decisions around hiring, disciplinary issues, salary adjustments
Administer team related policies & procedures.
May be required to support UMT, including, for example, coordination of tooling and parts, scheduling personnel, and aircraft return-to-service.
Coordinate technical shop floor issues, such as: engineering, specialized tooling requirements, etc.
Facilitate meetings with all departments & shops.
Identify and communicate best practices & champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer service mindset and approach with communications (verbal & written) and when needing to defuse situations with internal and external customers.
Here is what is required to succeed:
Minimum of 3 years experience performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years leadership / supervisory / lead experience - preferably within aircraft maintenance.
Possess an A&P license or otherwise appropriately certificated under FAR part 65.
Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, for example: part 91, 121, 135, and 145
Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for jet aircraft
Working knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety rules and regulations as they apply to workplace, safety and environmental aspects of aircraft maintenance operations.
You have planning and organization skills necessary to plan, prioritize and coordinate workload of assigned employees within a multiple project setting.
Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based applications used to manage the maintenance work.

The Electronics Team is searching for a Sr. Principal Electrical Production Team Lead to manage a 25+ person production team in a multi-discipline production environment. This role will work within a cross-functional and cross-discipline team of engineers through product development and production.
As the Sr. Principal Electrical Production Team Lead, you will provide both technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitments. In this role you will work with Raytheon factories and suppliers to deliver data-based evidence to ensure proper decision-making for the direction of the program related to electrical design and production.
What You Will Do
Lead technical troubleshooting of production hardware and test equipment failures occurring at Raytheon factories to include root cause investigation and corrective action implementation
Manage the multi-million-dollar red rack ranging from Circuit cards to Integrated Guidance Section and Upper Stage assemblies
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during Proposals, BOE writing, and planning Verification Activities for Obsolescence & Development
Review and modify subsystem requirements and test plans.
Work within a multi-disciplined team including members from Electronics Hardware, Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Systems, Test, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality.
Collaboration with both Functional and Program leadership as well as Customer and Suppliers
This role will serve as a mentor, leading leaders and individual contributors by establishing accountability for team development and performance
Some travel may be required (10% in some cases, dependent on Program needs)
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in Electrical design, integration, and/or production support
Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and/or Cross Product Team Lead (CPTL) experience
Experience with Managing a Technical Data Package, including assembly drawings, SMT, PWB, Components, Test Requirements, Circuit card and/or Section level Requirements
Project Management experience as technical leader of engineering team. Scrum or Kanban style management of teams highly preferred
Must be able to travel to suppliers and/or other Raytheon facilities as needed (up to 10%)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Interim Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar Engineering Field
Fifteen (15) or more years of directly related work experience in Electrical design and/or production support
Electrical aptitude to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of large scope and complexity
Extensive Failure Review Board (FRB) Failure Investigation Experience (Fault Tree's, 5-Why's)
Fault Tree Close out Reports
Proposal Writing Experience, Basis of Estimate (BOE) writing, Cost Account Manager (CAM) certified
Customer oriented SITREPS, Technical Interchanges
Proficient in Windchill (PDM)
Experience with ERB / CCB process
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Integration or Qualification Lead Experience
Flight test preparation experience

Responsibilities
Act as the on-shift lead and first point of contact for operators and skilled machine operators.
Communicate production goals, priorities, and changes clearly to the team.
Coordinate shift handoff, ensuring accurate documentation of machine status, quality issues, and production counts.
Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor or Process Tech/Engineering Team promptly and effectively.
Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and scrap trends throughout the shift.

Support machine startups, and shutdowns when required.

Track daily shift performance against production targets.
Provide timely feedback to the Production Supervisor regarding staffing, training needs, or recurring machine/quality issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
