About the Role
Suzano is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor to support our Pine Bluff, AR mill. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day storeroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material issuance, strong service levels to internal teams, and compliance with storeroom standards and procedures. You will work closely with the Storeroom Manager to execute established strategies, lead a team of storeroom technicians, and help maintain optimal inventory performance for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), Capex projects, and General Shutdown activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment, is hands‑on with materials management processes, and enjoys leading teams in operations execution.
What You're Going to Do
Supervise daily storeroom activities, ensuring accurate receiving, issuing, staging, storage, and cycle counting of materials.
Execute inventory control procedures and maintain stock accuracy in alignment with company standards.
Support the Storeroom Manager by implementing storeroom policies, procedures, and system workflows.
Coordinate material support for Maintenance work orders, General Shutdowns, and Capex‑related activities.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
Lead, mentor, and schedule storeroom technicians to ensure safe, efficient task execution.
Support employee development through coaching, skills training, and performance feedback.
Promote a collaborative, results‑driven, and safety‑focused team culture.
Ensure accurate SAP transactions, including goods issues, receipts, reservations, and cycle count adjustments.
Track and report key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service levels, and order fulfillment performance.
Identify process deviations, correct issues proactively, and escalate systemic concerns to the Storeroom Manager.
Support Lean and 5S initiatives to maintain an organized, audit-ready storeroom environment.
Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS, and Suzano health and safety standards.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
What We Expect from You
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management), or 3+ years of experience in storeroom, warehouse, or inventory control roles in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related industrial operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP, ideally MM or WM modules.
Working knowledge of inventory control, materials staging, receiving practices, and cycle counting.
Familiarity with ISO/OHSAS compliance requirements.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred; Green Belt is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with rental sales team to meet and exceed rental goals
Maintain knowledge of current marketing programs and initiatives, current inventory availability, and current financial incentives to customers
Manage each deal from quote submission through agreement creation and invoicing
Assist salesmen in selection and configuration of machine that's available
Accurately quote allied machine configurations for salesmen presentation to customers
Generate allied equipment sale invoices for quotes that are converted to sales
Provide frequent updates to sales management team to ensure all quotes, deals, and bids are accurate and accounted for
Collaborate with all sales and service channels to ensure all areas can win in the market
Ensure performance standards are met within the team and Riggs
Manage Re-Rent process from finding the equipment to handling the agreement and invoicing
Provide secondary support for CRM and quoting software
Promote and develop positive relationships within the organization and customer base
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Business awareness and numerical ability.
Knowledge of heavy equipment industry is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other database systems
Fluent in using a CRM system
Experience using DBS, Saleslink, or iRent is a plus

Education and Experience
Minimum Requirement:
* BS in biological sciences or related discipline. Two years' supervisory and bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
* Fundamental understanding and experience with fermentation principles, downstream processing (DSP) methodologies (clarification/centrifugation), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Preferred Requirement:
* M.A./M.S. in business or science related degree with 2-years' experience in biological manufacturing
* Prior supervision of 10+ employee operation in biological manufacturing and fermentation

This position manages and verifies that the product produced is within production rates, product quality, paperwork and cleanliness of work area.
Essential Jobs and Responsibilities
Accountable for personal adherence to all applicable Safety, GMP, Food Safety and Plant Policies.
Complete a minimum of 2 Observation and 2 Near Miss audits per month. Safely operate a series of machines and auxiliary machinery.
Assure the production run matches all instructions listed on the “Traveler”.
When required, hand pack parts into box.
Verify printed data on the carton / pallet labels match the data on the traveler and the product being packaged.
Complete required quality checks to ensure product meets quality standards and notify Quality Auditor immediately of any quality defects.
Control nonconforming product as defined in the Work Instruction for Critical Event Communication.
Complete the required production reporting documents.
Record date, shift and clock No. on each label.
Apply carton and pallet labels to packaged product and assure the label matches the carton contents.
Perform visual checks of product prior to the carton being closed.
Seal packed cartons with tape and safety lift and stack the specified amount of cartons on a pallet.
Assist in line clearances and start-up approvals.
Participate in daily team meetings and shift to shift handoffs.
Communicate with co-workers and shift supervisor on daily issues and concerns.
Perform other related duties assigned.

The Team Lead, in our Market Operations group, is responsible for running the local Carvana hub and everything that comes with it, including (but not limited to); market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement and effectiveness and, of course, the market's ongoing success. We are looking for someone who is a big picture thinker with the ability to manage the employee and customer experience. A Team Lead not only crushes daily operations, but they have the savvy to assess business trends and proactively create solutions to potential roadblocks. We need a strong people leader, as a Team Lead works closely with a team of extremely talented Customer Advocates and is responsible for providing vision and development opportunities.
What you'll be Doing
Be a continuous positive force within the market and create strong morale and spirit throughout the team.
Help interview, select, onboard and train a team of Customer Advocates and provide the tools, resources and guidance they need to be successful. Employee development is an essential part of this role.
Actively develop a team of Customer Advocates by providing feedback, conducting performance check-ins, and setting goals to improve performance and skill set.
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and programs as well as by finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition.
Generate and monitor regular reports like a boss and presenting to upper management… also like a boss.
Be the go to expert for your team. You're always ready to jump in alongside an Advocate to wash cars or jump into our kick-ass single-car hauler and deliver cars to our customers while providing a stellar customer experience.
Drive production in a fast-paced customer service environment and keep every detail of your market operating like a well oiled machine
Actively look for ways to improve the overall customer and Advocate team experience.
Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive customer-facing issues.
What you should have
5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment
3+ years of management experience
Proven history of developing and coaching employees
Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity while maintaining focus on the customer experience
Willingness to work on weekends
Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
