Position Summary
The Manager, Production Operations leads 24/7 plasma fractionation and purification manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily fractionation and purification manufacturing operations
Drive cGMP compliance, quality systems, and right-first-time execution
Manage deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and training
Support production targets, yield, and operational plans
Partner with Engineering and support teams on process improvements
Lead audits, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing experience
Strong cGMP and aseptic manufacturing background
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a 24/7 environment

Responsibilities
Assigning repair work to technicians and supervising the workflow to complete vehicle repairs within specific target dates
Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members
Dispatch all work assignments to production personnel according to ability
Responsible for ensuring that all repairs are completed correctly/accurately the first time in adherence with industry and Classic Collision standards
Schedule all sublet work in a timely manner
Meet with each technician daily to discuss work assignments and schedules creating a plan of accountability and time driven completions for each stage of production.
Hold daily team meetings
Maintain information within CCC1 to reflect vehicle status. Ensure information is always current & accurate
Monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff creating a team environment for both body & paint.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team
Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
+ Oversee project planning and interface with suppliers and contractors.
+ Lead technical execution to maintain adherence to safety and performance goals.
+ Ensure risk mitigation, project budget adherence, and optimization of resource allocation at the site level.
+ Prepare and assist in hosting pre-bid/pre-construction meetings.
+ Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for ongoing project status updates.
+ Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials, and the company.

Work Environment
This is an office-based role that incorporates travel on an as-needed basis. The work involves supporting Power Plant outages. The candidate should be able to qualify LOTO In Plant Clearance requirements after training and be able to travel to the work site and work according to the overhaul/outage schedule.
