Responsibilities:
MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route bus operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program.
Qualifications:
Talent Requirements:
Master ASE certified.
Minimum eight (8) years' experience working on medium/heavy duty diesel trucks, school buses, or transit buses. Experience with electric vehicles is a plus.
Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
Experience working with 50 + buses within the last year.
Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred.
Must be able to manage and interface with client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
Must have technical competence with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.
Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at all times.
ASE or manufacture's certifications a plus.
Technical experience with fixed route transit bus maintenance.
Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
Experience with Diesel, CNG, and Alternative fuels a plus.
Must have a CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Maintenance I:
Ensure that spare parts usage, inventory and work order actions are accurately tracked and documented according to Company policy.
Assist with DC maintenance requirements such as (but not limited to) refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, welding, dock doors, air systems, racking, tote washer, and air spray painting.
Maximize availability of all classes of batteries by managing charging cycles and battery rotation.
Perform inspections and cleaning; do specific gravity checks; evaluate cable serviceability and repair damage.
Develop a working knowledge of the required aspects of the McLane Maintenance Connection database.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:
At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance.
At least 1 year of maintenance experience with material handling equipment.
Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
Experience with distribution center industrial equipment, including (but not limited to) forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Basic computer skills with experience in a maintenance database such as MP2, DataStream 7i, or Maintenance Connection.
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Supervisor of Maintenance impacts PSA's safety of its customers and employees by providing supervision over all personnel on shift; ensuring that they properly execute all maintenance updates, and the aircraft is prepared and ready for release.
Job Responsibilities
* Demonstrates a safe and compliant work environment by complying with Safety Policy and Procedures Manual and General Maintenance Manual policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance of subordinates.
* Submits manual revisions as required for any identified ineffective processes and/or procedures.
* Schedule the department in such a manner that adequate coverage is provided while maintenance is being performed.
* Prepare written reports to Maintenance Manager for Delays, Cancellations, and Irregularities.
* May sign maintenance release and assume full responsibility for aircraft that fall under the jurisdiction of the Maintenance Department during a check.
* Ascertain that the responsible mechanic properly executes all necessary work records.
* Coordinate all operation planning to assure that the proper work is performed on the aircraft as scheduled.
* Monitor aircraft appearance and ensure aircraft are well presented.
* Account for the performance of assigned personnel.
* Maintain liaison with Maintenance Control, Production Planning, and other departments.
* Ensure adequate tool inventories are maintained and proper use of these tools is observed.
* Work in an outside maintenance operation to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
* Deliver comprehensive pre-shift briefings to ensure team is well informed and creating opportunity for open dialogue.
* In regards to the performing of maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations or other functions affecting aircraft airworthiness, the Maintenance Supervisor on duty will be available for consultation and decision making on matters requiring instruction or decision from higher authority than that of the persons performing the work.
* Provide direct supervision of the Lead Mechanic.
* Delegates duties as necessary, although this does not relieve the Supervisor of the responsibility.
* Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
* Successful track record of leadership in aviation maintenance.
* Demonstrated ability to guide and manage effectively, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality, timely completion of tasks.
* Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working on turbine-powered aircraft.
* Thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and proficiency in utilizing applicable manuals such as the General Maintenance Manual (GMM), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual (FIM), and wiring diagrams.
* Proficient in the use of required calibrated test equipment for diagnostic and operational testing of aircraft systems.
* Must possess or have ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days of starting position.
* Ability to speak/read/write in English.
* If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities Position Summary
The Supervisor of Maintenance impacts PSA's safety of its customers and employees by providing supervision over all personnel on shift; ensuring that they properly execute all maintenance updates, and the aircraft is prepared and ready for release.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrates a safe and compliant work environment by complying with Safety Policy and Procedures Manual and General Maintenance Manual policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance of subordinates.
Submits manual revisions as required for any identified ineffective processes and/or procedures.
Schedule the department in such a manner that adequate coverage is provided while maintenance is being performed.
Prepare written reports to Maintenance Manager for Delays, Cancellations, and Irregularities.
May sign maintenance release and assume full responsibility for aircraft that fall under the jurisdiction of the Maintenance Department during a check.
Ascertain that the responsible mechanic properly executes all necessary work records.
Coordinate all operation planning to assure that the proper work is performed on the aircraft as scheduled.
Monitor aircraft appearance and ensure aircraft are well presented.
Account for the performance of assigned personnel.
Maintain liaison with Maintenance Control, Production Planning, and other departments.
Ensure adequate tool inventories are maintained and proper use of these tools is observed.
Work in an outside maintenance operation to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
Deliver comprehensive pre-shift briefings to ensure team is well informed and creating opportunity for open dialogue.
In regards to the performing of maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations or other functions affecting aircraft airworthiness, the Maintenance Supervisor on duty will be available for consultation and decision making on matters requiring instruction or decision from higher authority than that of the persons performing the work.
Provide direct supervision of the Lead Mechanic.
Delegates duties as necessary, although this does not relieve the Supervisor of the responsibility.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.

Position Specifics Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
Successful track record of leadership in aviation maintenance.

Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working on turbine-powered aircraft.

General

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate held for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience within the past 24 months in one or more of the following:
Served as a mechanic under A&P certification.
Technically supervised other mechanics.
Supervised aircraft maintenance or alterations in an executive capacity
Preferred Experience:
At least 3 years of maintenance experience on large aircraft (10 or more passenger seats) with a certificated air carrier or repair station.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the maintenance of aircraft within the same category and class as those operated by the company.
