Phil Eyler is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gentherm, the global market leader and developer of innovative thermal management technologies. Eyler joined Gentherm in December 2017 and serves on the Company’s Board of Directors.

As President and CEO, Eyler leads more than 13,000 employees in 13 countries, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the company. Gentherm is driving growth through its core business of Automotive Climate and Comfort Systems as well as new initiatives, such as Battery Thermal Management and Medical Patient Temperature Management. The company is also transforming the future of personalized passenger thermal comfort with the smart, individual climate zone solution named ClimateSense™, tailored to the autonomous, electrified and ridesharing ecosystem of the future.

Matteo Anversa is a Chief Financial Officer at FERRARI INTERNATIONAL SPA, EVP/CFO/Treasurer at Gentherm, and Board Member at GABELLI VALUE FOR ITALY SPA. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at MYERS INDUSTRIES INC and VP:Group FP&A at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). Matteo works or has worked at General Electric (GE). He studied at Universita di Parma.
