Assist Lead/operations manager in all functions of production to reach company defined objectives. Responsible for accomplishing daily production goals and moving to cutting areas as needed based on daily demand and staffing needs.

Ø Follow company policies: GMi Core Values, 6 “S”, and Safety/Quality procedures and standards.
Ø Responsible for maintaining clean workstations throughout operations.
Ø Use and understand measuring devices.
Ø Work company assigned hours for the position and additional hours if needed (regular and predictable attendance).
Ø Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: As a Production Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our production operations, primarily focusing on customer communications, claim documentation, program compliance, vehicle inspections, and project management. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, lead a team, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Production Team Leader is a working role, you will also be performing demolition work, specialty cleaning, placing and managing specialty equipment and directing on-site technicians and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
In addition to demolition, specialty cleaning, equipment management and directing site labor, you will be performing most of the following activities.
1. Customer Communications:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding project status, timelines, and any issues that may arise.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
2. Claim Documentation:
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation related to insurance claims and project expenses.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filed and up to date.
3. Program Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant industry and company regulations and standards.
- Keep up to date with industry changes and incorporate them into the production process as needed.
4. Vehicle Inspections:
- Oversee vehicle inspections to ensure they are safe and in optimal working condition.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.
5. Load and Prepare Production Vehicle:
- Supervise the loading and preparation of production vehicles with equipment, materials, and tools.
- Ensure that all necessary items are on hand for each project.
6. Organize and Order Subcontractors:
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and schedules for various projects.
- Place orders for subcontracted services and materials as required.
7. Project Management:
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide guidance to team members.
8. Create Estimates for Self-Paid Jobs:
- Prepare accurate estimates for self-paid projects, considering labor, materials, and other related costs.
- Present estimates to customers for approval.
9. Discuss Coverage and Scope with Adjusters:
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to clarify project scope and coverage.
- Address any discrepancies or issues to ensure accurate claims processing.
10. Equipment Rental for Specialty Projects:
- Arrange for the rental of specialized equipment required for specific projects.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of rented equipment.
11. Update Job Files:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date job files, including project plans, permits, and other relevant documents.
- Archive completed project files in accordance with company policies.
12. After-Hours Rotation:
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency response and support.
- Be available to address urgent issues or incidents as they arise.
13. Photograph and Document Damaged Areas:
- Document damaged areas and the progress of repairs through photographs and written reports.
- Use this documentation for project records and insurance claims.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the production or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and documentation (prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare and inspect fresh vegetables like onions, peppers, and beans for production. Each day you'll rotate between different stations, including jar inspection, onion chopping, and conveyor line checks, giving you variety and hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for spotting and removing defects or foreign material to ensure top-quality products. Most importantly, you'll work closely with your team to support daily production goals and keep our lines running smoothly.

The production technician supports daily production in a manufacturing environment. Daily tasks may include material handling, shipping, receiving, working with hand tools, processing raw materials including working with thermoplastics. May require data entry, and paperwork entry. Other tasks could include assembly of fans and other components or systems.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Maintain and organized work area, practice 5 S principles.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and assembly to meet production targets.
• Participating in production and productivity meetings.
• Set up tools and machines for specific production runs and assembly.
• Inspect components and finished product for quality, recording measurement, and pass/fail criteria.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Document production data, scrap, downtime, and process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
Assist Lead/operations manager in all functions of production to reach company defined objectives. Responsible for accomplishing daily production goals and moving to cutting areas as needed based on daily demand and staffing needs.

Ø Able to step in to run all primary equipment in the department.
Ø Identify methods to reduce scrap and improve efficiencies.
Ø Use saws as needed to accurately cut product per drawing requirements.
