    The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the paper production facility to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met. This role provides direct leadership to hourly production employees and ensures paper manufacturing processes-such as pulping, papermaking, converting, and finishing-are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
