    This position offers flexible hours throughout the week, as our operations runs 7 days a week. This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes. This is an opportunity to carry out working plans and systems that contribute to safe, on-time and consistent service to our customers! Qualifications * Ability to work effectively and well with diverse groups of people, teamwork. * Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal, are preferred. * Possess strong working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs. * Prior experience in a dispatching and customer service role preferred. * Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license * Dispatchers must successfully pass a company sponsored pre-employment drug test and background check. Deal courteously and tactfully with fellow employees and passengers if necessary. 9. Communicate effectively with fellow employees. 10. Maintain all service transactions in Cabin Service tracking program (where available) or in the appropriate format for the location. 11. Create and generate reports of service performance in locations with the Cabin Service tracking program software or via manual performance logs. 12. Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls from Client representatives and employees in a professional and timely manner. 13. Maintain and distribute radios (where applicable). 14. Always complete the appropriate documentation and reports in thorough and timely manner. 15. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs. 16. Provide general information and directions to passengers. 17. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner. 18. Attend meetings and inservices as required. 19. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required. 20. Resolve service issues proactively by coordinating between drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers. Tracks repeated customer service issues and notifies various teams who can resolve these issues and improve the quality of services and the customer experience. Surveys customers to ensure their issues have been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Delivers the customer experience strategy across a range of touch points, channels, services, and solutions. Onsite Dispatch & Driver Support: Must be onsite during scheduled shifts to support operations and real-time decision making.     Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Dispatcher to join our growing team. When transportation operations don't stop, neither do we! The CSR/Dispatcher plays a vital frontline role in keeping drivers moving, customers informed, and operations running smoothly through real-time coordination, problem-solving, and onsite support. This position acts as a primary point of contact during assigned shifts, including weekends, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and continuity of service. The position is essential to maintaining service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to: Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries related to deliveries, schedules, or service issues during operations. Answers questions regarding accounts and services. Communicate real-time updates to customers based on firsthand onsite visibility of orders, drivers, and warehouse activity. Resolve service issues proactively by coordinating between drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers. Tracks repeated customer service issues and notifies various teams who can resolve these issues and improve the quality of services and the customer experience. Surveys customers to ensure their issues have been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Delivers the customer experience strategy across a range of touch points, channels, services, and solutions. Onsite Dispatch & Driver Support: Must be onsite during scheduled shifts to support operations and real-time decision making. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, including delivery status updates and issue resolution. Provide face-to-face communication with drivers to address route changes, delivery concerns, or last-minute operational needs. Monitor order activity and driver flow to ensure efficient movement and timely deliveries. Assists warehouse staff, as needed. Other Duties & Operational Support: Ensures compliance with customer Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Enters and tracks service orders and ensures account information and recorded data is accurate. Oversees assigned customer invoicing, including escalating issues as necessary for timely resolution. Solicits interest of new or additional services; handoffs information to appropriate sales representative. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no employee supervisory responsibilities.
