Housekeeper (Hotel)
As a Housekeeper for Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.

Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitoring feed quality and water supply
· Monitoring barn environment and ventilation systems
· Treating and vaccinating sick animals as necessary
· Breeding sows (if placed on sow farm)
· Processing piglets (if placed on sow farm)
· Loading and unloading pigs as scheduled
· Maintaining farm cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS
· No education or experience required.
· Basic math skills
· Flexible and able to work on assigned weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
· Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful, but not required
· Must be able to work in farm environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and sometimes push/and or move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations. The employee is frequently exposed to waste material, feed and hog dust.

Job Summary
Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives.
This position is 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions

Transact all business in accordance to Patterson Companies' business code of conduct and business ethics
Drive assigned vehicle and deliver/pick up shipments
Point of contact for customer service and help resolve customer complaints
Load and unload assigned vehicle. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport.
Operate all warehouse equipment/machinery
Achieve assigned performance metrics and KPIs
Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle
Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes/procedures and applicable laws and regulations
Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition
Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws
Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports
Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not delivering packages
Additional functions
In addition to the essential functions listed below, the incumbent may perform the following additional functions.
Perform all work in accordance with Company Safety guidelines and procedures including all required Safety and Compliance Training and regulatory licensing
Maintain acceptable driving record and current driver's license
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Non-CDL, Non-Hazmat, driving vehicles or combination vehicles up to 26k GVWR
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Obtain a satisfactory MVR review
Ability to drive assigned vehicle
Knowledge of delivery area and ability to read maps
Able to work as an effective team member
Basic problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Effective time management skills

One-year experience as a delivery driver preferred
