PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following: Standing Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking For short distances for short durations. Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48. Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table. Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high. Carrying Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. Pushing To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. Job Functions: * General customer service duties including, but not limited to, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. * Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws. * Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products. * Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs. * Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. * Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Bartender (High-Volume) As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while providing exceptional service. Your bartending skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall experience for our guests. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy. Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License. Must be able to obtain a Gaming License. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Must be able to wear a costumed uniform. Must be able to work in a smoky environment. Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Stand and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods. Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
