Student staff are trained to operate the facility, programs and events housed within the Aquatic Center and support other functions of Wellbeing and Recreation and the Division of Student Affairs.
1. Assist in the oversight of Aquatic Center operations including but not limited to: Rentals and Events, Personnel, Risk management and Maintenance.
2. Working with facility director, oversee the Aquatic Human Resources student work team. Processing new hire information, on-boarding students and providing training and in-services.
3. Assist facility director with facility Rental & Event planning and implementation, staffing and equipment management for the event.
4. Event staff recruitment and training for each event, including but not limited to; setup, timing system operations, clean up, storage, evaluation and potential billing adjustments.
