Location

Overview

Position Summary
Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist-Kansas City GOEX Warehouse
In this full-time role, you bring precision, reliability, and care to every step of the fulfillment process. You understand that accurate, timely, and thoughtful handling of each order reflects GOEX's commitment to dignity, fairness, and opportunity. Through your work, you help advance GOEX's mission by making sure every product that leaves our warehouse carries not only quality but also the values of ethical commerce that strengthen families and communities.
Your Responsibilities Include
Accurately and efficiently pull orders, consistently staying three days ahead of schedule. Reports discrepancies or inventory issues to the Operations Director.
Updates order statuses in systems per standard processes.
Follows all outgoing shipment guidelines and triple checks orders for accuracy.
Assists with post-press and provides additional quality control.
Stock warehouse shelves and make notes of inventory discrepancies.
Receives and reviews incoming products including counting, comparison against packing list, and quality checking. Reports discrepancies to the Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator.
Helps facilitate customer pickups, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
