Knowledge of safe operating procedures, personal protective equipment, quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Safe Quality Foods (SQF), the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) as well as sanitation standards. The employee must be able to complete documentation required for all positions, which includes but is not limited to logbooks, standard operating procedures, JSAs, LOTO procedures, and confined space entry permits.
