Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for working safely in all job aspects and functions.

* Takes direction from Warehouse Supervisor and/or Drum Supervisor, as applicable.
* Unloads containerized material from inbound trailers in accordance with Company rules and regulations (unloading).
* Verifies inbound containers and container labeling are consistent with inbound paperwork and all applicable D.O.T. designations (waste checking)
* Verifies container labeling and directs inbound containers to appropriate staging areas (unloading).
* Cleans and Refurbishes inbound AFS machines (AFS refurbishing).
* Empties and cleans inbound reuse product containers and refills containers with clean solvent in preparation for outbound shipment, as needed (drum sucking/drum washing/drum filling).
* Unloads inbound solvent, reuse, used oil, or waste materials from tanker trucks and railcars (tank farm operation)
* Transfers materials into or between storage/holding tanks on site (tank farm operation/tower operation).
* Prepares materials and loads outbound trailers for Branch replenishment (loading).
* Loads outbound waste trailers for third party disposal (loader/waste checking).
* Fills outbound railcars and/or tankers with solvent, reuse, used oil, or waste materials for transport to customers or other Hub locations (tank farm operation).
* Operates and maintains distillation tower for optimum safe performance (tower operation).
* Performs other duties as may be assigned.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE We are seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time overnight Warehouse Loader to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading products and materials within the warehouse. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes and timely order fulfillment. This position is five days a week, four hours a day. Must be flexible in starting time- typically between 10pm and 2am. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Load and Unload Shipments : Efficiently load and unload merchandise, materials, or packages from delivery trucks or containers.
Organize and Store Goods : Arrange items in the warehouse according to their size, weight, and product type to maximize space and ensure easy access.
Inventory Management : Assist with inventory control by accurately logging products and checking for damaged or defective goods.
Packaging : Safely pack items for shipping, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
Operate Equipment : Use warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move items as needed.
Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the warehouse clean and organized by ensuring that all items are stored correctly and debris is cleared from work areas.
Quality Control : Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet order fulfillment goals and deadlines.
Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Other Duties : Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Must have forklift certification
Must have CDL license
Pallet jack experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.

Job Purpose
Manages the daily operations and process of receiving merchandise shipments, while maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the security of the receiving area and backroom storage. Manages all transactions with third party vendors, reviews and reports invoice differences and escalates issues as needed. . Increases customer confidence, loyalty and trust by promoting and executing consistent and compliant operating conditions. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - What Success Looks Like
OSAT (Availability) - Overall customer Satisfaction. POS surveys. Percentage of reward card customers rating their trip an 8, 9, or 10, on a 0-10 scale in the availability driver questions.
Total Store Supplies - Supplies as a % to sales vs budgeted supplies as a % to sales.

SERVICE: 40%
Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated increasing confidence and loyalty. Manages Direct Store Delivery (DSD) ad plan, inventory and ensures merchandising is aligned with CMA requirements and current merchandising plan and maintained for in-stock conditions. Ensures the backroom, coolers, and freezers are organized and free of debris and the supply depot is maintained. Reports any invoice overages or shortages.
FINANCIAL: 35%
Ensures financial accuracy of all invoices. Completes daily and weekly administrative tasks (communications, online training, etc.) Maintains inventory/stocking conditions and reports any discrepancies in inventory. Reviews/inspects products for accuracy, quality and freshness and takes appropriate action with those items. Assist in the planning, and organizing of the inventory process. Manages the supply inventory to ensure in-stock of approved supplies, and do so within the given budget.
LEADERSHIP: 15%
Promotes trust and respect among associates by collaborating, promoting teamwork,
and communicating company, department, and job specific information. Supports department managers in managing target inventory levels and balancing the weekly purchase summaries; maintain records of inventory, invoices, etc., for all departments. Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: 10%
Ensures company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained. Adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to food safety, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) & Country of Origin Labeling (COOL), and Department of Agriculture (DOA). Executes all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner while ensuring all items are secured and removed from customer access.
Reinforces safety programs by complying with safety procedures and inspects and identifies unsafe conditions to report to store management. Notifies management of customer or employee accidents. Reports all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud. Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies and regulations. Cultivates a culture of safety within the store. Ensures self and all associates are working safely and have received necessary safety training. Ensures Hazardous Assessments are posted for associate reference and that Personal Protective Equipment is available and utilized by all associates executing tasks within the department, as required. Ensures equipment is in good repair; reports and assists with remediation (ex. lock out/tag out of equipment) of safety hazards within the department.
