Deliver compassionate and effective occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and quality of life
Support residents in achieving personal goals and progress milestones
Accurately document care and maintain compliance standards (experience with Net Health a plus)
Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes
Educate residents and families on safety and daily living strategies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
