Class A CDL required
Gather and load lumber, exterior products, millwork and other materials for delivery

Position Summary:
Brannan Ready Mix is hiring qualified drivers to make deliveries in the Denver metro area. General knowledge of mix designs is helpful but not required. We will accept Trash Truck route experience in lieu of Mixer experience. Our drivers are the face of Brannan, and they must be able to make on-time deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Mixer Drivers are required to adhere to Brannan's Safety Protocols at all times; including conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections on their trucks each day, writing up any mechanical or safety issues and turning in necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
Functional Responsibilities:
Safe Driving Habits; responsible for safely hauling Ready Mixed Concrete to Brannan's jobsites in the Denver Metro area
Utilizes defensive driving practices
Adheres to company policies for Personal Protective Equipment
Maintains an alert awareness of potential jobsite or plant hazards
Efficient Delivery Practice; Drivers maintain a sense of urgency throughout the day to deliver product safely and efficiently. Driver is prepared to load at scheduled time, ensures delivery is being completed safely and timely in a professional and courteous manner
Truck Operations & Maintenance ; Properly maintains equipment by conducting the proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections and mechanical write-ups
Properly operates the truck and other types of equipment according to the manufacturer's recommended guidelines
Customer Service; Maintains a positive attitude in all interactions with customers. Anticipates and fulfills all customer needs possible, alerting management to potential customer concerns
Professional Appearance; Maintains trucks in a consistently clean condition
The cab is always clean and well-ordered, and the exterior appearance of the truck is maintained each day
General Responsibilities:
Strong understanding and daily compliance with Brannan safety standards and FMCSA DOT Regulations
Conduct a Daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report any issues to shop/management
Observe, Inspect, and Report equipment or mechanical failures immediately
Ensures truck is ready for next day's business
Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
Ability to safely operate in a fast-paced environment and in the elements
We run an A & B Schedule and Drivers are assigned to one of three plants

Qualifications:
Previous Concrete Mixer Truck experiencepreferred, but not required
