The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to advance to Level 2 and Level 3 with the potential to earn a base salary of $65,000+ per year by 1 year of hire, and $72,500+ per year by 3 years of hire. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct on-site inspections, which includes documentation of site conditions, sampling, and in-person consultation Produce professional survey reports based on inspection notes and sample data with remedial recommendations as necessary Coordinate with multiple parties regarding inspections while keeping all parties best interests in mind Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and communicate that information to clients in a professional manner Qualifications and Skills No experience required - will train.
