Previous experience performing fieldwork in the environmental consulting industry is highly desired. * Electrical experience (installations, maintenance and/or repairs) is a plus, but not required to be considered. * Previous military experience and/or experience working on the Cherry Point Military base is a plus. * Electrical experience, mechanical skills, and/or a CDL license is a plus. * OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus. A DAY IN THE LIFE The Environmental Technician position is responsible for performing day to day inspections of components in the LDAR Program. This position will be responsible for maintaining and care of their monitoring equipment and overall maintenance of the LDAR inventory.
