The Sales Operations Administrator (SOA) will provide administrative support for the Regional Sales Operations Team by partnering with a Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) to support Account Executives. Support includes requesting deal registrations and quotes from appropriate vendors and distributors, generating quotes for customers, and managing Salesforce.com opportunities.
This is a hybrid position and requires candidates currently local to the DC area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Will complete deal registrations for all account executives in their assigned region.
* Utilize SalesForce.com to create opportunities and track deal registrations that have been submitted to vendors.
* Provide data to Account Executives and Sales Operations Specialist to help guide pricing decisions.
* Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries.
* Ad-Hoc projects including maintaining Salesforce.com data integrity, Salesforce.com reporting, deal registration support, etc.
* Send VAR quotes to customers via DocuSign as required.
* Adhere to process changes as they are managed, reviewed and streamlined by Sales Operations Management to enhance deliverables.

Required Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school preferred.
* 0 - 2 years' experience in a sales support role preferred.
* Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.com preferred but not required.
* Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation.

Responsible for providing support to PMW 220 Information System Security Officer or Manager (ISSO/ISSM) for Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and continuous monitoring.
