Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic equipment repairs. Document activities by completing production, inspection, and quality logs accurately. Support knowledge sharing across shifts by communicating updates, irregularities, and ongoing needs. Participate in training and continuous improvement opportunities to expand skills and efficiency. Contribute to organizational goals by identifying and implementing process improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.
