Responsibilities: Evaluate requests, provide quotes for customers, and keep and maintain quotation records in an organized manner Enter quotation data into computer database using Visual Mfg. and/or quote work sheet (Excel) Maintain accuracy on computer of quotation data Research job history to estimate resource hours, pricing, etc… and to ensure accurate and concise quotes Meet with tooling manufacturing personnel, managers and team leaders to keep abreast of current PUT capabilities and procedures Research and obtain quotes from vendors needed to supply materials and services Determine lead time needed Strive for 99% error free and on time delivery of quotes Build relationships with and serve customers Respond promptly to calls and inquires from customers Verify original information, deviations and changes in orders with customers Discuss quotes with customers via telephone or in-house meetings Clarify warranty, payment terms, inspection, and service issues with customers Qualifications Qualifications : Manufacturing experience required.
